Happy Halloween! :)

We were invited over to a friends house where we trick-or-treated through their neighborhood! There were over 20 kids in the group! I couldn't get a picture with all of them, so I got who I could!
I got one of our Elephant friend HannahLee!
And a few crazy ones of Hannah not looking! :)This is Tobey, he was born on April 5th, the day after Jacob!
This is how we walked through most of the neighborhood!
And the other part of the time, in mom's arms!

Fall Fun and Friends!!!

Hannah and I picked up Starla on Sunday and were able to hear their group, Kevin Spencer and Friends, perform. The performance was really good and they had a few breaks that Hannah and I were able to talk to James and Starla during, which was great since James and I haven't ever gotten to spend much time together! Starla and I had a great visit and got to catch up finally! The only time I got my camera out was while we were at the beach (which I am still kicking myself for not taking more pictures)! Here we are at Guadalupe beach, the ever famous windy beach!Hannah is doing a great job of standing on her own now, so we caught some of her standing on the beach! The visit was short since she went home early Wednesday morning, but it was the first time we have seen each other since December 2006, so we were thankful for the time that we got! Also, we are both going to be in Oklahoma around Christmas, so hopefully it will just be two months before we see each other again! :)

Hannah and I went with our friends Amber and HannahLee to the pumpkin patch today! I wasn't in the market for a pumpkin, but I was in the market for some Fall Pumpkin pictures! It was quite interesting trying to get Hannah to look at me with all the people and things going on around us, but I got a few that I love. I am sharing my favorites! I am definitely planning on framing the last one!

Oklahoma!

Michael is going to be out of town the first week of November, so Hannah and I are going to Oklahoma! My parents were trying to work it out to come here that week and couldn't with their work schedules, so they paid for Hannah and I to go back to Oklahoma!! We will fly in on November 1 and leave on November 8! Now I am just hoping that I get my mail-in ballot in time to vote before I go...
I am so excited that we will be there on election day for Kiwana's Pancake Day! My uncle has always made us Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes and Hannah and I can't wait! :) Now a few cute pictures of Hannah to leave you with! The first one is her trying to peek around the camera to see me! The other two are of her reading her picture book (yes, even upside down in one of them)!

Hannah and her Daddy! :)

Hannah hanging out with her Daddy! They are so cute together! Once they were done taking the minimum amount of pictures that Mom would allow, Dad took her pants off and put them on her head! She left them on and played for a little while. Such a knuckle-head! :) I also took her for her nine month check-up yesterday and she is 18.4 lbs and 29 in! Doing good and growing like a weed!

New Job!

Ok, so for about a month now Michael and I have been trying to decide what to do to help bring in some extra income. With the prices of everything being so high, living on one income has been a huge struggle lately. We talked about me going back to work part time, or finding something I could do at home to bring in more income. After much discussion and some research, I have decided to become a Mary Kay consultant. I am SO excited and hopeful that this will be a way to help ends meet and still allow me to be home with Hannah! I have all of my stuff and am ready for business! I have a website www.marykay.com/wallace_kim that you can visit and check out all of their products. I offer free shipping to anywhere in the US, so if you place an order, I will mail it out as quickly as possible! I am also willing to do an 'E-party' for anyone interested. You just email the info and website link to your friends, and you earn free product just like you would if you hosted a show in your home! With Christmas coming up, if you have someone special that don't know what to get, the Satin Hands set that is always a hit! Mary Kay also has some special holiday products, such as new colors for holiday parties and scented body sets! I promise this blog is not going to turn into a Mary Kay website, I only plan on mentioning it when it ties into my personal life. I will not be trying to push the specials or talking about the products, just to keep you from deleting me off your list! I am just excited and hope that this opportunity will be just what we needed to help ends meet!

Antiquities Photos

Our MOPS fundraiser was Antiquities photos. They come and bring all the clothes and props with them and take sepia "old time" photos of your kids. I wanted you to see how they turned out! These are pictures of pictures so they are a little blurry and the color is a little off, but you get the idea! They choose a "free" photo for you and then the package we got comes with two poses. The first two are the ones I picked and the third one is the one they picked. I think they turned out pretty cute! I am not a huge fan of the hat they picked that she is wearing in the "free" one, but it is ok.

For Sara...

GO BADGERS!!!! This adorable Wisconsin cheerleading suit came from our dear friends the Burks! Sara is a HUGE Badgers fan and her husband is a big Razorback fan, so of course we had to throw in some OSU cowboy gear for their kids! :) This was their way of getting even! We miss you guys and hope you love the pics! Kim

Crazy...

Things here have been a little crazy lately! Now that Hannah is more mobile and not taking very long naps, it really cuts down on my time to get on here to update! I am hoping to do better in weeks to come! It seems like we have had something going on every day. Part of that is that Michael and I are trying to work out at least three times a week together and by the time he gets home, we work out, eat dinner, and shower, it is bedtime! Makes those 4 hours that he is home before we go to bed FLY by really fast! We have been doing a "biggest loser" contest and we weigh in on Saturday mornings. So far, we have both managed to win a week (of course Michael has won two) so we are both making some progress toward our "get healthy for Hannah" goals!

We have a few things going on that we are excited about. First, Starla is coming to visit! It is finally booked and I can't wait! I haven't seen her since December of 2006, so she hasn't even gotten to see Hannah yet! Plus, when I go to pick her up I will be able to hear their group, Kevin Spencer and Friends, perform for the first time which I am excited about too!

One of the other things is, Hannah is getting a new cousin! My sister, Carla (and her husband Heath), are expecting their first at the beginning of May. Since she is diabetic and has some other health concerns, they will schedule her for a c-section sometime in late April! Here is the little one's first picture!
Another thing I am excited about is that Hannah is finally (still slowly) starting to get some hair! It isn't much, but at least, it is progress in the right direction! The pics really don't show it very well, but it is there!
And here is a quick video of her crawling and walking along all the furniture. This past week there were alot of birthdays, so Happy Birthday to all of you!

I have been signed up with Stitch Fix for a while and I very rarely order a Fix because frankly, I am just super picky. I like my clothes t...
